Within 7 days buyer to have all aircraft inspections completed Seller will make all records, log books and aircraft available in Sedona, Az for the inspections. Escrow to be open with AOPA, buyer and seller to each pay 50% of escrow costs estimated cost approximately $2000.00. At time of escrow opening, buyer to deposit 10% of purchase price into AOPA escrow account. Completed purchase shall be no longer than 30 days from the opening of the escrow. Buyer will provide proof of insurance. Buyer shall meet all Homeland Security requirements for aircraft purchase. Buyer shall pick up aircraft in Sedona Arizona after close of Escrow.
